We are a unit in DDA Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Purchasing, a global unit within Digital & IT responsible for IT solutions and projects related to manufacturing and logistics. This position is to work in Digital Delivery GTO Europe & Brazil Manufacturing (E&BM) and Digital Delivery GTO Powertrain Production (Powertrain).

You are a Software Engineer with experience in .NET, acting as an Agile facilitator to help your team deliver value collaboratively and sustainably. You are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems with others to create meaningful impact.

• Experience as a Software Engineer in .NET.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and ceremonies.
• Advanced-level English and fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Experience creating Agile metrics for continuous improvement.
• Relevant university degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

It's a plus if you have:

• Experience with Python, Oracle.
• Knowledge of AI tools to support productivity.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise with facilitation skills to drive delivery, foster collaboration, and encourage innovation. Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating and participating in agile ceremonies, refining Product Goals, and defining new features with the squad.
• Creating and presenting Agile metrics to engage the team and drive continuous improvement.
• Identifying and suggesting system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Designing applications and databases aligned with business needs.
• Developing high-quality software in .NET, performing unit tests, and iterating.
• Ensuring activities follow best practices and standards.
• Providing runtime support to end users.
• Ensuring compliance with IT processes, methods, tools, and security guidelines.
• Applying the VPS (Volvo Production System) mindset for continuous improvement.
