Você está no fim da graduação (2 últimos anos) em tecnologia, engenharia, computação ou áreas similares? Já teve algum contato com programação e desenvolvimento web e sente que quer ir além do estágio tradicional?

Na Talentum, você pode viver de perto a criação de startups do zero. Somos um startup studio: construímos negócios do início, junto com fundadores. Já fundamos empresas em diferentes setores, como educação, cloud, RH e estratégia. Aqui, você vai aprender na prática como construir produtos digitais e resolver problemas reais.

Product Engineer é uma posição que cresceu muito no último ano e coloca o programador no centro das novas práticas de tecnologia proporcionadas pela IA. Além de programar, o Product Engineer tem conhecimento e autonomia para incorporar o seu conhecimento de UI/UX/Produto nas suas entregas, gerando um time de tecnologia muito mais veloz, inovador e divertido de se trabalhar

Estamos buscando uma pessoa com perfil técnico que queira aprender rápido, experimentar e, no futuro, empreender.

O que buscamos
  • Interesse em criar algo novo, de preferência em ambientes de startup
  • Perfil analítico e mão na massa: foco em resolver problemas de forma prática
  • Interesse em UI/UX e boas práticas de produto
  • Entusiasmo para trabalhar com IA no dia a dia e entregar resultados cada vez mais rápido

Conhecimentos técnicos esperados
  • Saber programar MUITO BEM em alguma linguagem.
  • Conhecer os principais conceitos de Ciência da Computação (Algoritmos e Estruturas de Dados; Complexidade Computacional; Abstrações; Redes de Computadores)
  • Experiência prévia com desenvolvimento web (projetos pessoais contam)
  • Ter conhecimento intermediário em frameworks modernos de front-end (React, Next, Vue ou similares). Experiência com React Query e MaterialUI são diferenciais
  • Ter alguma vivência com back-end. Python, Django e SQL são diferenciais

Formato
  • Híbrido: 1 a 2 vezes por mês presencial em São José dos Campos (SP)
  • Horários flexíveis conforme sua grade da faculdade, 30 horas semanais
