Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect, addressing physical and emotional needs due to illness, injury, or disability. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing light housekeeping, running errands, transportation, accompanying clients to appointments, medication reminders, meal preparation, and personal assistance (toileting, bathing, feeding, grooming).
  • Offering companionship, stimulating conversation, and emotional support.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to complete a Criminal Background report
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
