Reporting to the Global Sales Inbound Leader, the LATAM Sales Manager will be part of our Sales Team and will be responsible for the sales strategy for Latin America, with teams in Brazil. You will work closely with Ops, Marketing, and Product to enable strategies for the region's growth. What your day could consist of:
  • Hire and coach Account Executives (typically with 2-3 years of experience).
  • Actively shadow and review call recordings, providing specific, actionable feedback to AEs via weekly 1:1s.
  • Monitor and maintain integrity within the sales process.
  • Maintain a lively, energetic, fun, competitive, and results-focused team culture.
  • Motivate the team to meet objectives such as closing revenue, qualifying opportunities, and contributing to overall team revenue.
  • Coach and develop AEs into top sellers and future leaders.
  • Manage a team of multi-tiered Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve sales strategies and activities.
  • Provide regular, timely reports on key performance metrics, pipeline, and forecast management.
  • Refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success.
  • Develop the sales team through recruiting, hiring, and training new reps.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable processes.
What is needed:
  • Experience in high-activity environments.
  • Knowledge of the martech landscape in Brazil (highly preferred).
  • 6+ years in solution/value selling, with at least 2+ years managing and scaling a successful LATAM sales team.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry (highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Organized, analytical, and creative in overcoming sales obstacles.
  • Skilled in hiring, recruiting, and retaining top talent aligned with core values.
  • Strong deal qualification perspective (experience with Sandler Sales Methodology is a plus).
  • Metrics-driven with data-based decision-making skills.
  • Focus on team development and self-coaching abilities.
  • Inspiring leadership qualities.
  • Trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
