Sr RCA Analyst South America

. Support the RCA lead on alignment and consistency across the business lines (such as Rural, Wholesale, Markets and C-domains);
. Assist the business lines in complying with the RCF (Risk and Control Framework);
. Facilitates execution of the dynamic risk management cycle for the business lines in the South America region;
. RCF Business Data Steward for the Business Lines in South America.

Description:

. Support RCPs in 1LoR in Brazil, Chile and Argentina, also FLR, on executing the guidance gave by South America RCA Lead/RCA global by clarifying doubts; providing training and orientation.
. Run monitoring and control processes on risks & controls held by 1LoR in order to support the proper risk mitigation, producing data quality reports on the results.
. Continuous monitor risk tool (Archer) to identify potential improvements in data quality related to risk and control mitigation/improvement.
. Produce reports related to risk assessment, control evaluation point out improvements to the 1LoR.
. Participate and conduct meetings to provide alignment between risk and control owner.
. Also, support RCA Lead on creating alignment between global RCA and regional 1LoR, 2LoR and 3LoR.
. Support RCPs on the Risk Control Matrix review to take place periodically and also on ad-hoc adjustment needed.
. Assist the RCA lead to implement strategic demands.
. Perform root cause analysis of any deficiencies in Rabobank South America incidents and Findings.

Main Requirements:

. Solid knowledge on risk management in a Bank industry.

. Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.

. Results/task orientated with solid, consistent and complete results.

. Ability to perform analysis with excellent attention to details.

. Excellent communications skills at all organizational levels, in Portuguese and English.

. Empathy to understand peoples needs and focus to support them to achieve what is expected by organization.

. Expertise in Office tools (excel, power point and power BI) are mandatory.

. Strong analytical skills.
