Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the import and export process for Machinery, Plant, Parts, and Precision Planting business, including intercompany and supplier operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Argentina laws, regulations, and AGCO policies.
  • Oversee customs documentation, forwarders, and paperwork related to international trade.
  • Handle financial transactions associated with import/export activities accurately and timely.
  • Negotiate with intercompany and customs agencies.
  • Meet department milestones and budget goals.
  • Implement continuous improvements to reduce costs and lead-times.
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve department goals.
  • Lead transportation transformation for AGCO Argentina plants (domestic and international).
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, administration, or engineering; Master's in international logistics and compliance preferred.
  • Knowledge of international trade and Argentine law/regulations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, leadership, ownership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems like JDE/Oracle, Microsoft Office, Tableau BI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of OSGT or OneSource systems.
