We seek a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Develop innovative tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources;
  2. Create custom interfaces, workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to enhance user experience;
  3. Provide training to junior developers and support their growth;
  4. Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, LWC, and APIs;
  5. Assist with third-party API integrations;
  6. Manage issues from diagnosis to resolution, translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting, and gathering feedback;
  7. Collaborate with internal teams on technical challenges and product roadmap;
  8. Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, and operational excellence;
  9. Analyze complex requirements to guide solution design and delivery;
  10. Optimize existing architecture and performance according to best practices;
  11. Manage Salesforce development tasks, balancing multiple initiatives;
  12. Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the development lifecycle;
  13. Conduct testing of Salesforce code, components, and integrations, including writing user testing instructions;
  14. Develop Salesforce applications using Apex;
  15. Work in highly customized Salesforce environments across various clouds;
  16. Utilize Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs, and Web Services;
  17. Experience in non-Salesforce development is a plus;
  18. Architect-level experience is preferred but not required;
  19. Follow best DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines;
  20. Hold or pursue relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, and Platform App Builder.
