We have an opening for a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our firm. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with clients (existing and prospective).
- Gather client information to build financial plans.
- Help clients prepare for retirement.
- Review investment portfolio recommendations.
- Self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
- Engaging communicator and negotiator.
- Problem solver and critical thinker.
- Willing to pursue ongoing education and professional development.
- Prior sales experience or enjoyment in networking and acquiring clients.
- College degree or equivalent experience, with at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Comprehensive training and licensing support.
- Team environment for learning and development.
- Competitive pay structure with commissions and benefits.
- Clear career roadmap with experienced leadership.
The path begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing costs. Upon completion, you may start as a part-time CDP Contract Associate earning approximately $15/hour, progressing to a full-time Financial Professional Associate earning $50,000–$75,000+ annually in commissions and bonuses.
