About the project:

As a Senior QA Automation, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to build robust test strategies that support iterative product development and enable confident releases.

How your day-to-day work will look like

Design, write, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain end-to-end automated UI tests.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and understand product behavior.

Own and maintain test plans, test suites, and test case documentation using tools like Xray or TestRail..

Perform regression, exploratory, and usability testing as part of release validation and continuous integration pipelines.

Design and execute comprehensive performance and load test suites to evaluate system scalability, identify bottlenecks, and ensure reliable behavior under expected and peak user conditions.

Proactively identify product risks, edge cases, and potential quality issues early in the development process.

Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure test environments and data are properly set up to support repeatable and reliable test execution.

Provide input into product requirements and design reviews from a testability and user-centric perspective.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and culture.

This would make you the ideal candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ Years of experience working in QA Engineering or Software Testing.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

Proven experience in web and mobile application testing (iOS/Android).

Demonstrated experience with UI test automation frameworks.

Proficiency with test case management tools such as Xray or TestRail.

Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira), CI tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and test reporting dashboards.

Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
