About the Role

The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for leading and developing technology teams, ensuring a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision and technical decision-making, bridging the gap between technology, product, and business. The Technology Manager will define architecture guidelines, oversee their application, foster innovation — particularly leveraging Artificial Intelligence — and ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Additionally, this role requires experience in structuring technology foundations for financial or payment institutions, as well as implementing information security programs in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Define and maintain software architecture and software engineering guidelines, ensuring their application across all projects.
  • Monitor technology trends and drive innovations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between technology, product, and business, supporting strategic decisions with strong technical insights.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of information security programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Central Bank of Brazil, LGPD).
  • Participate in the technology structuring of new products, systems, and integrations required for financial or payment institutions.
  • Promote scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions aligned with CSBR's growth strategy.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams (development, architecture, and agility).
  • Strong technical background in software architecture and software engineering.
  • Solid expertise in cloud computing solutions.
  • Experience in structuring technology for financial or payment institutions, including regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing information security programs and governance frameworks.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
