Overview

Remote Architectural Designer (Archicad) with Graphic Design Expertise. seeks a Remote Architectural Designer with expertise in Archicad and strong graphic design capabilities. Work remotely with opportunities to collaborate with innovative companies while supporting US market projects.

Responsibilities
  • Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables.
  • Produce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential Projects.
  • Previous experience working for the US Market.
  • Outstanding graphic design skills for rendering, graphic layouts for office marketing decks, and design presentations for awards submissions (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations.
  • Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and graphic design work.
