This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. The role is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

- Support hiring processes and talent acquisition activities
- Coordinate administrative tasks and communication with candidates
- Assist with people operations activities and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
- Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree (soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear communication)
- As a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5K after 6 months)
- Opportunity to work with international clients and standards
