What kind of professional are we looking for?

We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with clients or stakeholders as needed to understand business requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and handle responsibilities with autonomy.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support growth and operations.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Prior experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
  • As a Contractor (PJ), you will have: competitive compensation (R$2.5K, with possibility of increasing to R$5K after 6 months); opportunities to work with international clients; growth potential as a leader; possibility to move between teams; English-speaking workplace.
