Overview

Quality Assurance | QA (English Required) role at Avanade. We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Advanced English is required for daily international interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead testing execution activities and participate in review meetings
  • Identify and escalate QA issues, guiding others on the correct processes
  • Create test matrices and automated scripts under supervision, translating business needs into QA work
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and tools
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverage
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision and contribute to process improvements
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent communication in English (advanced to fluent) – required for daily interaction with international teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment
  • Analytical profile with strong attention to detail
