CSG Field Service Management (FSM) is looking for an experienced software development engineer II to Senior, that has a passion for building web-based applications. Ideal candidates will have a dedication to developing high quality applications and solutions in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II who will:
- You will help to build and implement micro-services, integrate CI practices, write algorithms and leverage data structures, caching approaches for building scalable architectures and collaborating with other experienced developers, test engineers, product owners and DevOps engineering talent.
- You will build next-generation web applications, servers and architectures in AWS.
- You will focus on high-end, reliable, and scalable software solutions with a focus on the customer and delivering value.
- You will redesign web applications, implement new designs, and architect solutions to challenging problems while having the ability to pick up new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years of professional experience building and deploying code in AWS.
- Proficiency in English in a business environment.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including: Python, Fast API, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular.
- Experience with complex SQL Queries, Oracle or Postgres database.
- Knowledge in service-based architecture, RESTful services and building scalable micro-services.
- Experience with billing, telecommunications systems and NoSQL databases is a plus.
