As a Senior QA / Scrum Master, you will orchestrate the QA efforts for IT projects, enhancing the quality and efficiency of our deliverables. Your role will be pivotal in implementing the test strategy, reviewing requirements for testability, and developing test cases aligned with our innovative goals. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you will guide the team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate quality assurance resources for IT projects and assist in implementing the test strategy.

Review project requirements for testability, ensuring comprehensive coverage in test cases.

Lead and mentor the QA team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align on business and quality objectives.

Create and execute detailed test scenarios that articulate objectives, steps, and expected results.

Generate suitable test data that validates critical requirements and exposes potential defects.

Troubleshoot complex technical or end-user scenarios in conjunction with development and database teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

Demonstrated experience with defect tracking, test case, and requirements management software, preferably using JIRA or Microsoft ADO.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of Agile and testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.

Ability to balance hands-on testing with strategic quality oversight.

Advanced English proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

SQL experience.

Experience in the mortgage industry is desired.

Automation experience with Selenium.
