Senior Finance Architecture and Solution Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Financial Solutions Specialist to join our cloud services team. This role will be responsible for providing tailored cloud solutions to clients in the financial industry, helping them optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Needs Analysis:
    Work closely with clients in the financial industry to understand their business needs and technical requirements. Conduct needs assessments and analyses to propose feasible solution recommendations.
  2. Solution Design:
    Design and develop cloud-based financial solutions, including but not limited to banking, insurance, and securities sectors. Develop detailed technical architectures and implementation plans to ensure efficient delivery and operation of solutions. Lead architecture transformation projects such as core system migration to the cloud, mainframe modernization, and virtualization upgrades to cloud environments.
  3. Project Management:
    Lead and coordinate cross-departmental project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality. Monitor project progress and address any issues and challenges that arise during implementation. Manage and oversee banking application architecture or data architecture-related projects.
  4. Technical Support and Training:
    Provide technical support to clients, resolving any issues they encounter during usage. Organize and conduct client training sessions to help clients fully understand and utilize the solutions.
  5. Market Development and Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the sales team to participate in market development and client visits, promoting and selling solutions. Establish and maintain good relationships with industry partners to foster ecosystem development.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience:
    At least 8-10 years of experience in the financial industry and over 3 years of experience for large projects. Proven experience in architecture transformation projects such as core system migration to the cloud, mainframe modernization, and virtualization upgrades to cloud environments. Experience in managing or overseeing banking application architecture or data architecture-related projects.
  3. Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with major cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
