Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual Junior Cloud & Network Support Engineer (Level 2) to join our on-site team in Brasília. This role is ideal for professionals with solid technical foundations who want to strengthen their skills in cloud platforms, networking, and operating systems while providing specialized technical support.

You will handle escalated issues from Level 1 support, troubleshoot more complex problems, and assist in maintaining and improving system performance. You will also collaborate with other technical teams to ensure efficient solutions and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot Level 1-2 support tickets.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues involving cloud platforms, networking, and operating systems.
  • Escalate more complex problems to Level 3 support when needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow design for the support team.
  • Assist in system design and integration with multiple systems.
  • Identify and suggest solutions to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Advise on best practices for cloud architecture optimization.
  • Work flexible or non-standard hours when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Networking fundamentals (switches, routing, protocols).
  • Linux administration (OS management, networking tasks, troubleshooting).
  • Hardware handling: ILO, OOB interfaces, cabling.
  • Windows basics: AD, ADFS, Hyper-V, DSC, GPOs.
  • Advanced networking concepts: Cisco switches console, overlays (VxLAN, eVPN).
  • VRFs, routing protocols: OSPF, LLDP, BGP.
