Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Accounting Manager que será responsable de liderar el equipo contable de Argentina y Uruguay, asegurando prácticas contables precisas, confiables y alineadas con los estándares locales e internacionales.

  • Gestión contable integral de las entidades LATAM (incluyendo coordinación con KPMG)
  • Cumplimiento normativo en Argentina y Uruguay
  • Preparación de estados financieros bajo GAAP local y NIIF
  • Reportes mensuales y cierre contable
  • Gestión de riesgos financieros y controles internos
  • Optimización de procesos contables y mejora continua
  • Liderazgo de equipo: motivar, desarrollar y alinear al equipo con los objetivos estratégicos
  • Interacción con stakeholders clave: CFOs, auditores, asesores fiscales y legales, y alta dirección regional
  • Soporte a decisiones financieras mediante análisis e informes relevantes
  • Gestión de KPIs contables y de control
    • Contador/a con 7-10 años de experiencia en roles senior o de gestión financiera
    • Experiencia en costos, background agroindustrial y Big4
    • Dominio de SAP S/4HANA, Excel avanzado (exlcluyente).
    • Conocimiento de normas contables locales (Arg & Uru), IFRS y USGAAP.
    • Experiencia liderando proyectos de mejora y equipos de alto rendimiento
    • Enfoque por objetivos
    • Ambiente dinámico, profesional y orientado a resultados

Ubicación: Buenos Aires (GBA Norte) / Rosario

Viajes: 1 vez al año al exterior + si reside en Buenos Aires, será cada 2 meses a Rosario

Modalidad: híbrida 4x1 (flexible)
