Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-channel services for their performance marketing clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, creative strategist and digital marketing specialists, to drive projects through production to completion. You will manage client communications and internal production timelines and processes. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and highly organized thinker with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of digital advertising and the creative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and set clear objectives
    • Manage briefs and tasks in Clickup, our project management platform.
  • Creative Brief Management:
    • Work closely with the creative strategists and creative producers to ensure briefs are uploaded for production in a timely manner, for both ads and emails.
    • Facilitate the creative production process through excellent communication and attention to detail, ensuring that work is completed on time and tasks are moved through the process effectively
    • Facilitate all internal and client feedback to ensure it is worked on in a timely manner
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Coordinate with the creative team to allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
    • Monitor workloads and adjust resources as needed to meet project deadlines
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet the brief and adhere to brand guidelines
    • Facilitate constructive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to creative teams for continuous improvement
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Foster strong communication channels between creative, marketing, and client teams
    • Conduct client communication through email, sharing creative for review, scheduling calls, and navigating feedback

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years experience in project management, preferably in a creative or advertising environment
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in project management tools and software. (Click up specific is a bonus)
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
    • Experience working with a team and delivering projects for clients

    Benefits

    Salary Range: $2,500 - $4,000 USD / month

    Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

    Unlimited PTO
