En Prometeo resolvemos y automatizamos el acceso a datos bancarios, validación de cuentas bancarias e iniciación de pagos de cuenta a cuenta.

Descripción del rol:

Como Sales Engineer, modelarás casos de negocio, coincidirás los requisitos de los clientes con las soluciones propuestas, realizarás presentaciones y demostraciones atractivas, y proporcionarás soporte técnico durante el proceso de preventa e integración. Además, trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y producto para entender las necesidades de los clientes.

Funciones principales:
  • Diseñar soluciones personalizadas que resuelvan las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ingeniería y otros equipos técnicos internos para desarrollar soluciones escalables, seguras y fáciles de mantener.
  • Realizar demostraciones de soluciones y entrenar a los equipos de ventas para promoverlas.
  • Proporcionar conocimiento técnico profundo de nuestros productos y servicios a los clientes potenciales, asegurando que comprendan cómo nuestras soluciones satisfacen sus necesidades.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para identificar necesidades, realizar demostraciones y crear soluciones personalizadas.
  • Desarrollar y presentar propuestas técnicas que destaquen los beneficios y ventajas de nuestras soluciones para desafíos específicos.
  • Brindar retroalimentación sobre las necesidades del cliente y tendencias del mercado para mejorar y desarrollar continuamente nuestros productos.
Requisitos:
  • Estudios en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en roles técnicos o de ventas en entornos B2B, preferentemente en tecnología o software.
  • Habilidades de comunicación para transmitir conceptos técnicos claramente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diversos departamentos.
  • Conocimientos de programación: Python, HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery).
  • Conocimiento sobre APIs (deseable).
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (requisito excluyente).
  • Portugués (deseable).
