Sr Tax Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Support tax planning and perform tax simulations (IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ISS, etc.).
• Analyze tax legislation and monitor changes at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
• Assist in responding to tax audits and external audits.
• Participate in internal projects.
• Develop and implement internal policies and compliance procedures.
• Develop and implement a tax risk matrix.
• Conduct value chain analysis and translate tax criteria into numerical impacts.
• Support the legal team in preparing administrative defenses and legal briefs for tax cases.
• Assist in process mapping and ERP tax parameterization.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business units to provide advisory support.
• Support impact studies related to tax reform and other regulatory changes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of both direct and indirect taxes.
• Practical understanding of tax legislation and related obligations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate legal interpretations into business practices.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
