Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You'll Do:

  • Developbasic to intermediate analytics solutionsthat supportbusinessfunctionality, quality, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto define reporting and analytics requirements
  • Createdocumentation andbusinessplansaligned with stakeholder needs
  • Act as aliaison between IT, data science/R&D, and Product Managementto support analytics models and data solutions
  • Manage data fromsingle sources or enterprise data marts, applying project management skills to complete scoped projects with guidance
  • Enhance and automatecurrent-state reporting and analyticsto improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support the evolution of analytical capabilities byinterpreting insights and definingbusinessneedsin partnership with established teams

Experience:

· 3 years of experience.

Skills:

· Proficiency in English (Interview in English)

· Bachelor's degree in Math / Statistics / Finance / Computer Science / Data Engineering / Decision Science / Data Science

· Insurance Experience;

· Management Reporting - Entry Level

· Performance Measurement - Entry Level

· KPI Development - Entry Level

· Data Visualization - Entry Level

· Power BI – Intermediate

· SQL - Entry Level

· Python - Entry Level

· Snowflake - Entry Level

· Data Engineering - Entry Level
