RINA is currently recruiting for a Accountant to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Regional Finance Management Division.

Mission

The Accountant ensures accurate and timely accounting operations, supporting financial integrity and compliance. Actively contribute to daily reconciliations, accruals management, and the monthly closing process, while maintaining organized financial records and collaborating with internal stakeholders and auditors. #LI-KM

Key Accountabilities
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Receive and book documents in ERP accounting system
  • Accruals control and analysis
  • Travel advance control and accounting
  • Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing process
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Provide support for internal audits
  • Organize accounting documents
  • Ad-hoc admin duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate or advanced English knowledge.
  • Soft skills: good interpersonal communication skills, ability to multitask, hands-on attitude, attention to detail, high level of commitment and accountability, strong organizational skills, teamwork and collaboratio, adaptability and flexibility.
Additional Information
  • Offices located in and Centro (RJ).
  • Hybrid work regime (after first month 100% on site).
