Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a specified geographic area
  • Identify business issues and opportunities to target sales prospects effectively
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet financial goals
  • Maintain periodic updates on the sales process, demonstrating qualification, negotiation, and closure of sales
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
  • Proven experience selling to "C" level executives across various industries including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
  • Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
