Mollica IT is seeking to fill a leadership role focused on driving business plans, financial performance, and local market leadership in Brazil. The position involves responsibility for revenue, market share, profitability, and alignment with strategic objectives, and requires strong involvement with clients, partners, government bodies, and media.
Responsibilities- Planejamento e execução de planos de negócios para alcançar metas de receita, participação de mercado e rentabilidade no país;
- Responsável pela performance financeira da filial, incluindo controle de orçamento, despesas e geração de receita;
- Liderança e supervisão de todas as áreas e departamentos (vendas, marketing, operações, RH e finanças), assegurando integração e alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos;
- Atuação como principal porta-voz da empresa no país, fortalecendo relações com clientes estratégicos, parceiros, órgãos governamentais e mídia;
- Análise e compreensão das particularidades do mercado local (comportamento do consumidor, concorrência e ambiente regulatório) para ajustes e decisões estratégicas assertivas;
- Demais rotinas da área.
- Conhecimento em tecnologia, especialmente SAP;
- Experiência no setor de Retail (varejo);
- Conhecimento do mercado SAP, imprescindível estar alinhado com este universo.
- Experiência com atuação para os EUA (diferencial);
- Obrigatório Inglês Avançado/Fluente para conversação (Haverá etapa de teste neste idioma).
