Job Title: Amazon Catalog Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced (5+ years of experience) Amazon Catalog Manager or related experience for one of our agency clients specializing in providing eCommerce services to Amazon sellers.

This role with expertise in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, Amazon Flat File, Amazon Listing Loader, and A+ Content Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASINs, FNSKUs, inventory management, compliance issues, and product listing optimization. In this role, you will oversee client accounts, enhance sales performance, and ensure outstanding account health. You will collaborate with our team to develop strategies, analyze key performance indicators, and present actionable insights to clients.

English Proficiency: C1 English level or above
Work Schedule: CST time zone - Full-time role

Responsibilities
As an Amazon Catalog Manager, you will:
Build Catalogues via Flat Files and implement this at scale.
Handle bulk edits for seasonal updates, compliance changes, or new launches.
Create and manage product listings on Amazon (title, bullet points, description, backend keywords, images).
Oversee and manage client accounts, improving sales, rankings, and customer ratings.
Optimize listings across Amazon marketplaces, focusing on titles, descriptions, images, reviews, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement.
Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as In-stock rates account health metrics, and revenue.
Develop inventory planning strategies based on past and current sales trends to ensure clients stay ahead of demand.
Upload A+ Content and brand story modules for eligible listings.
Ensure all images and media comply with Amazon guidelines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Stay on top of the latest Amazon trends, tools, and best practices to deliver exceptional client results.

Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central account management experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and their impact on e-commerce growth.
Proficiency in

Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Expertise in

Flat File uploads

and resolving listing errors
Familiarity with

Amazon A+ Content ,

Brand Registry , and

category guidelines
Strong knowledge of

Amazon SEO

best practices (keyword optimization, backend search terms)
Experience with

listing tools

like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or AMZScout
Solid command of

Microsoft Excel

or Google Sheets for catalog data handling
Basic knowledge of

HTML or bulk upload formatting

(nice to have)
