Product Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Product Success and Cloud Co-innovation

Purpose and Objective
As a Product Specialist in our SAP S/4HANA Product Success and Cloud Co-innovation (PSCC) team, you will transform our market and accelerate our momentum for our Cloud products. Our team is responsible for executing our strategy, scope, and the complete customer experience for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Public Edition. You will bridge between our customer demand, sales priorities, and our Product definition and development units.
What you'll do
You will collaborate with our customers, Field Sales, Field Services, Partner organization, Product teams, and Development teams across SAP to:
Keep track of your customer engagements and work with Customers, Services, and Partners to assess and prioritize requests during the implementation of S/4HANA in the Americas Region.
Help safeguard the setup of implementation projects of S/4HANA by supporting and enabling the Americas Regional teams.
Manage customer individual demand for the S/4HANA in a regional setup assuring one face to one customer from Product Success and Cloud Co-innovation.
Work with Product and Development teams to compile SAP's product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Be the product's voice for Customers, Sales, and Presales by advocating solution readiness and innovations to drive the adoption of S/4HANA.
Prepare and conduct expert testing on planned and future functionality of S/4HANA along with cross-functional products.
Your impact and support of our deliverables on the strategy of our innovations will be key via:
Experience in working with clients in analyzing and transferring market and client demand directly into the Product Management/Development teams.
Excellent ability to liaise with different internal organizations, becoming a key counterpart for stakeholders in Product Management/Development organization.
Outstanding project management skills to align with the respective areas and drive projects successfully along tight deadlines.
Seamless collaboration with the S/4HANA Co-Innovation program, focusing on large and strategic customers.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, and/or Engineering) or comparable education required.
Experience in developing and/or implementing and/or using SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Public Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Private Cloud, or SAP S/4HANA On-Premise.
Knowledge of professional software development and relevant working experience in the SAP environment.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams in multiple regions/time zones.
Ability to distill technical information quickly and prepare stakeholder-specific content with a business outcome in mind.
Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Functional consultant, solution architect, support, presales).
Excellent communication and language skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), familiar with Spanish or willing to learn.
Preferred skills
Deep understanding of the subscription cloud economy and customer success in the digital economy.
Good knowledge of cloud principles.
ERP Business Processes Knowledge.
Experience in LAC localization and co-innovation processes.
Subject Matter Expert in functional areas such as Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
