About the role
A Creator Support Specialist will help the LTK team with building on the growth of LTK creator businesses. In this role, you will learn what makes an LTK creator successful and offer a unique opportunity to help build on creator's ecommerce shops. You will be thinking through business processes and data driven reports that will help accelerate businesses for a creator. In return, you'll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximise their earnings velocity.
How you will make an impact

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and influencer marketing. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process and be able to recognize their own biases.
You have excellent administrative and communication skills
You have an interest in the analysing of data, data processing tools (e.g., Excel) and how this can be used to inform decision making
You are detail-oriented, highly organised and self-motivated
Self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility to LTK, the influencers, and your peers
You have a strong passion for the Creator Economy including knowledge on developing platforms
Proactively engage with Creators to support growth and initiatives as needed
Attend team training sessions and meetings
Help creators build on ecommerce Shops through optimising posting frequency
Building creative concepts for creators based on data, acting as creators business arm
Apply social media theory to practise
Support special projects to increase Creator earning opportunities and team functionality
Bonus if you have an understanding of the LTK Shopping and LTK Creator App
What you will bring to LTK
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process, recognize their own biases, willing to learn data driven strategies and possess self-awareness to maintain alignment with team members.

An understanding of social media practices
Some familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing

Required English language skills (spoken and written)
Functional experience with multiple social media platforms
Experience in customer relations
Basic understanding of social media and creator marketing
