Site Manager, ATS

Key job responsibilities:
Drive the creation of quality initiatives, process improvement initiatives, and other Lean strategies to help their functional area and the SC exceed business goals;
Oversee the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of Inbound, Processing, or Outbound operations;
Define and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold them accountable for their individual and departmental performance;
Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and developing ideas and integrating them into improvement plans for the functional area;
Take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and throughout the network;
Collaborate closely with support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers) to secure necessary resources for projects and initiatives while also providing support for cross-functional initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Experience leading people and shop floor operations;
English Knowledge for communication oral and written;
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics.
