Nosso cliente está em busca de um Accounting Coordinator altamente qualificado para se juntar à equipe. O candidato ideal terá uma sólida bagagem na área de controladoria, com expertise nos pilares de contabilidade, contas a pagar e contas a receber, com foco especial em fornecer suporte ao time de Tesouraria.

Suas responsabilidades cotidianas serão:

·  Gerenciar os processos contábeis, incluindo o fechamento contábil, de acordo com os padrões US GAAP e IFRS;

·  Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos estratégicos com parceiros terceirizados, para garantir a execução eficaz dos processos;

·  Colaborar com as equipes de KPMG e Deloitte para questões relacionadas a impostos e auditoria;

·  Participar ativamente da implementação do ERP SAP (FI), proporcionando orientação e suporte técnico;

·  Monitorar e garantir a conformidade com as políticas financeiras e regulatórias locais e internacionais.

 

É de extrema importância que você tenha:

·   Experiência sólida em controladoria, com foco em contabilidade e finanças;

·  Conhecimento técnico em US GAAP ou IFRS, com experiência em fechamento contábil;

·  Fluência em inglês (essencial) — espanhol é considerado um diferencial;

·  Habilidade em lidar com uma equipe multifuncional e terceirizada, especialmente na Costa Rica;

·  Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e multicultural, com exposição significativa ao mercado latino-americano;

·  Fortes habilidades de comunicação e gerenciamento de relacionamento interpessoal.
