- Conhecimento de ferramentas de proteção de dados, por exemplo: Guardium IBM
- CypherTrust Thales
- Conhecimento de networking security
- Experiência na elaboração, gestão e execução de projetos de implementação e migração de média e alta complexidade de rede e segurança em datacenters;
- Troubleshooting para identificar falhas na comunicação, disponibilidade dos ativos e sistemas críticos para garantir o funcionamento operacional.
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos nas áreas de suporte, consultoria e projeto de rede e segurança em ambientes críticos 24x7 de médio e grande porte;
- Experiência para gerar o relatório técnico do serviço de segurança da informação e data protection
- Experiência em criar e atualizar procedimentos, processos e workbooks operacionais.
- Conhecimento de arquitetura de redes e infraestrutura de dispositivos Windows, Linux e Mac.
- Conhecimento das principais técnicas, táticas e procedimentos e as vulnerabilidades utilizados em ataques cibernéticos para criar estratégias e ações mitigatórias para os clientes.
- Atuar em conjunto com os fabricantes na abertura e escalonamento de chamados.
- Experiência com atendimento com sistemas de tickets (Jira, ServiceNow,etc)
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de monitoração: Zabbix e ELK
- Mínimo de 5 anos em suporte, consultoria e projetos em ambientes críticos 24x7
- Experiência com sistemas de tickets (Jira, ServiceNow) e ferramentas de monitoração (Zabbix, ELK)
- Conhecimento em arquitetura de redes e dispositivos Windows, Linux e Mac
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de negociação
- Desejável:
- CompTIA Security+
- WAF F5, Imperva ou Akamai
- Cypher Trust
- Load Balance F5 ou outros.
