O que o perfil fará?

Como consultor técnico da EDX, você será responsável por liderar projetos de implementação do ServiceNow, com foco em soluções de ITOM e ITAM. Isso envolverá a implementação de funcionalidades da ferramenta para suportar os processos dos clientes. Você fará parte da equipe principal, liderando o gerenciamento de operações de TI (ITOM) e gerenciamento de ativos (ITAM) seguindo as melhores práticas. Suas responsabilidades incluem executar tarefas utilizando processos de serviço ITIL, como descoberta, mapeamento de serviços, gerenciamento de eventos, orquestração, provisionamento e gerenciamento de nuvem. Você também será responsável por realizar projetos que exigem uma compreensão clara de TI centrada em processos, interação de processos, eventos de negócios e melhores práticas de gerenciamento de serviços. Desempenhará um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento, configuração e implantação da solução como um todo.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento em Javascript e APIs Javascript do ServiceNow
  • Experiência prática em pelo menos 3 aspectos do ITOM, como descoberta, mapeamento de serviços, orquestração, gerenciamento de nuvem e gerenciamento de eventos
  • Experiência de trabalho com fornecedores de nuvem pública, como AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Análise de contratos de clientes e conhecimento aprofundado dos principais editores (Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, Oracle, etc.) para estabelecer áreas de risco e posição de conformidade de licença de software para os clientes
  • Desenvolvimento de integrações (REST, SOAP, servidores MID, etc.)
  • Conhecimento em CMDB e Framework CSDM
  • Manutenção e configuração de Mid Server Linux e Windows
  • Conhecimento em depuração de Patterns do Discovery
  • É recomendável ser administrador de sistema certificado ServiceNow, com preferência para a Certificação ServiceNow CSA
  • Conhecimento em tecnologias de desenvolvimento ágil
  • Desejável conhecimento em Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência prática com scrum, Kanban ou outras metodologias ágeis
  • Inglês para conversação será um diferencial
  • Desejável alguma certificação ITOM e/ou ITAM
  • Conhecimento em AIOPs e ServiceOPS

  • Contratação CLT ou PJ
  • Preferencialmente residir em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília ou Recife.
