  • Atuar em diferentes projetos simultâneos em diversos segmentos de negócio;
  • Gerenciar projetos de baixa à alta complexidade;
  • Organizar e controlar escopo, atividades, recursos, prazos e custos (horas);
  • Garantir a execução eficiente do planejamento do projeto;
  • Assegurar um bom relacionamento e comunicação assertiva com todos os stakeholders do projeto;
  • Realizar negociações referente a atividades, prazos, custos e recursos, considerando os stakeholders, momento e expectativas do projeto;
  • Desenvolver uma compreensão aprofundada de cada projeto, mantendo uma visão holística do todo;
  • Acompanhar e conhecer as soluções técnicas implementadas nos projetos;
  • Gerenciar e mitigar riscos ao longo do projeto;
  • Realizar reuniões executivas com diretores e C-levels dos clientes;
  • Gerenciar mudanças durante a execução do projeto;
  • Atualizar cronogramas e realizar apontamentos de horas diariamente em todos os projetos;
  • Eventualmente realizar reuniões presenciais com clientes.
Requisitos:
  • Superior completo na área de Gestão de Projetos ou afins;
  • Experiência em projetos complexos (escopo e relacionamento) atuando como Gerente de Projetos;
  • Experiência com plataformas de gestão de projetos (ex.: Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, Monday e etc.);
  • Conhecimento em diferentes tipos de negócio;
  • Experiência em metodologias de projetos, como métodos cascata (Waterfall) e ágil (Scrum e Kanban);
  • Domínio em conceitos básicos e avançados de gerenciamento de projetos;
  • Conhecimento em Informática (Pacote Office, G-Suíte, Windows e etc.);
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e reuniões presenciais no território nacional.
Informações adicionais:
  • Modelo de contratação: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica);
  • Valor fixo mensal;
  • Benefício flexível no valor de R$500,00 por mês (Ifood Benefícios);
  • Auxílio home office no primeiro mês no valor de R$300,00 (Ifood Benefícios);
  • Hospedagem e Transporte conforme Política de Viagem;
