Key Responsibilities Provide application support for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments. Design, configure, and customize labels (shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels, compliance labels, etc.) using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems (e.G., Loftware, NiceLabel, Bartender). Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.). Work with business teams to gather requirements
