Sobre o Cargo

A Uber está procurando um Compliance Operations Analyst para se juntar à equipe de Operações. Nessa função, você fará parte e trabalhará para executar e desenvolver melhorias de processos para problemas operacionais desafiadores. Você precisará de uma mistura de habilidades técnica e multifuncionais para se comunicar com vários parceiros internos e externos.

Esta é uma função híbrida - nossa equipe colabora presencialmente em nosso incrível escritório em São Paulo, 2 a 3 dias por semana. Incentivamos nossos funcionários a trabalhar em nosso escritório em dias adicionais, se desejarem.

O que você vai fazer
  • Realizar investigações e fazer recomendações às partes interessadas relevantes usando diretrizes da companhia.
  • Extrair insights a partir de grandes volumes de dados e comunicar e apresentar suas descobertas à equipe de liderança local e regional.
  • Participar de discussões para compartilhar melhores práticas com parceiros, agentes e partes interessadas
  • Identificar oportunidades e ajudar a aprimorar processos existentes ou desenvolver novos para manter nossa eficiência no nível mais alto possível.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com times funcionais para definir prioridades estratégicas, alinhar a visão regional e da empresa, e estimular o pensamento inovador contínuo.
Qualificações básicas
  • Graduação em Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística, Ciência da Computação Economia ou outro campo de exatas.
  • Anos de experiência: 1 ano de experiência em compliance, bancos, seguros, fraude, consultoria ou áreas regulamentadas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente complexo gerando e investigando hipóteses por meio de uma análise profunda dos dados e sintetizando as descobertas em recomendações claras para a liderança e as equipes regionais
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autonoma.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Análise de Dados (Google Suite/Microsoft Office).
  • Desejável conhecimento em SQL.
  • Inglês Intermediário.
