University degree in Business, Engineering or related field; â¢Experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation in a supplier/customer relationship; â¢Fluent in English, both written and spoken; â¢Good verbal and written communication skills; â¢Motivated by change management and ability to drive change in a transformation industry environment; â¢Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach; â¢Strong team player with the ability to lead; â¢Strong ownership; â¢Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset; â¢Multicultural experience is an asset; â¢Automotive experience is a plus; â¢Willingness to travel occasionally. ATIVIDADES â¢Lead the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction; â¢Negotiate QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments; â¢Perform purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers; â¢Make sure the segment strategy is updated / implemented through the selection of the right suppliers, and by continuously challenging supplier QDCFTSR performance by using tools and purchasing/cross functional network during production and after production for Revenue segments.
