The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to produce visually compelling videos that align with our brand's voice and goals. What You'll Do Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and develop video content that supports our marketing strategies and objectives. Storytelling: Create engaging and informative videos that resonate with our target audience, incorporating brand messaging and key marketing points. Video Production: Edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube and short-form content for social media platforms. Post-Production: Handle all aspects of video editing, including cutting, color correction, sound editing, graphics, and special effects. Optimization: Optimize video content for each platform, ensuring proper formatting, tagging, and thumbnail creation to maximize reach and engagement. Trends and Analytics: Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and best practices, and use analytics to inform video strategy and improve performance. Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time. Who You Are Strong experience of corporate video or directly related experience required Advanced English Skills Proficiency with editing Adobe Creative Cloud, Motion Graphics, After Effects and expert experience in Premier Pro Experience with all aspects of video production and post-production including lighting, audio recordings and editing (desired, not mandatory) Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to work on simultaneous tasks in a deadline-driven environment Comfortable working in a team environment Attention to detail is critical
