Garantir a correta inserção de reservas no sistema PMS, conforme procedimento descrito no manual de reservas. Inserir contratos de tarifa acordo no sistema primário, conforme negociações de vendas. Realizar interface com Recepção e Eventos, sempre que necessário, para garantir a correta estada dos hóspedes. Realizar negociações de reservas para grupos. Trabalhar de forma estratégica na oferta de receitas adicionais à reserva, como UpSelling, Early.
