DESCRIPTION Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist for the BR Mobile team. This person will be responsible for managing our Paid App Marketing campaigns, driving the strategy and execution of campaigns, and dive deep into post campaign analysis to ensure all results are delivering against predefined targets. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and will be responsible for driving campaign metrics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is energized by a fast-paced environment. She/he will be comfortable working in an environment across multiple stakeholders. Keys to success will be the ability to plan, execute and utilize data to improve campaigns, report and experiment to manage and launch high performance campaigns. Key job responsibilities - Lead planning, production and execution of a wide variety of online marketing activities to build awareness of the Amazon Shopping App - Onboard and manage end-to-end vendors relationship, by conducting reviews for strategy definition and performance analysis - Analyze data to optimize campaigns performance and to identify experimentation opportunities - Conceptualize, design and execute experiments with online marketing initiatives to extend awareness - Understand and use customer-facing metrics to guide decision making - Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of professional marketing experience - Experience with data manipulation, charts and pivot tables - Prior experience in handling online store/marketing channels - Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Paid App Marketing vendors management (e.g Google, Apple, Meta)
