FUNCTION: BR Conosur Supply Planner

LOCATION: São Paulo - SP

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Coordinate the Supply Planning of Brazil & Conosur at Envu setting supply signals, building strong partnership with the key Tollers / suppliers while deploying a feasible plan, addressing supply needs.
• Coordinate Brazil and Conosur (MPS meetings), short-, mid - and long-term supply balance, execution, and Requirements Planning; Focus on tactical interface with Demand Planner and strategical also as Supply Planning scheduler.
• Responsible to orchestrate Supply Planning /Tollers supply planning to set reliable, safety and high-quality supply. Ensure product availability and maintaining the inventory policies established by product in close collaboration with Demand Planning Team.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Support Integrated planning and decision making |collaborate and improve cross functional Brazil and Conosur S&OE process (MPS meetings), while translating sales region demands into feasible supply plan. Support product launches from supply view, showing product allocations inside supply planning. Coordinate the demand forecast flow into supply flow, supporting the optimizing stock level inventories and restrictions and proposing solutions for balance stock level and product availability in Brazil and Conosur countries. Support collaborative relationships with Demand Planning and Business to foster the best support for decision making.
• Orchestrated Regional supply planning process | Coordinate the Mexico and PACA supply planning process from short to long term, supporting costs reduction and service level optimization from supply perspective. Foster supply support to Negotiate Brazil and Conosur tollers manufacturing capacity according to the supply needs and support to optimize cost of goods with best Supply Planning flow.
• Supply Reconciliation | Support Brazil and Conosur constrained supply plan, agree and communicate product availability, gaps with transparency and constructive discussions with stakeholders about tradeoffs involved. Work together with the Demand planning to generate feasible supply allocation plans for E2E SC.
• Coordinate on time availability of AI’s, bulks, packaging components and artworks for Supply Planning for the Brazil and Conosur tollers. Analyze and provide feasible forecasts to tollers and suppliers in proper timing required to anticipate potential bottlenecks and discuss best plans of supply leading the MPS with Suppliers and tollers.
• Enable supply satisfaction I Support Mexico and PACA materials availability (DOS) according to business & quality needs. Define and negotiate production priorities leading Supply Planning flow. Guarantee a win-win experience from supply by readjusting plans to grant supply requirements with demand needs.
• MPS meetings | Coordinates the Brazil and Conosur (MPS meetings) and support Control Tower (supply planning, inventory, performance kpis of Service level). Provide availability information for the demand planning area, enabling scenarios simulation and best decision making from supply perspective.
• Support Supply Chain Excellence and SND Project | Support Brazil and Conosur supply planning flow to optimize and continuously improve the supply chain process between productive sites and Tollers on the region. Apply analytics tools to minimize cost on bagging schedule, transfers, inventory move and taxes and be the key User o D365 planning (Brazil and Conosur Tollers) and support strategically SND Project / relocation productions and Savings.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• Bachelors' degree.
• APICS certification or Pos Graduation is desired.
• Solid cumulative experience in different areas of Supply Chain. Experience in Planning / Inventory Management.
• Key competencies | Customer Focus, Teamwork, Drives Results, Analytics, Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Assertive Communication, Leadership and influencing skills required.
• Excellent knowledge of advanced planning principles, strategies, and systems.
• Desirable intermediate English and Spanish.
