Marketing Director

We are looking for a Marketing Director that will support Pride Global and our family of companies. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day projects of the global marketing team. This role will sit onsite in our Sao Paulo office and will work closely with our CEO, CTO, and Senior Leadership.
The Opportunity
- Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- and Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
Your Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibilities, ideally in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of marketing CRM tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, SEM Rush. Etc
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary range: The target salary for this role ranges from R$15,000 to R$30,000 per month. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
