IT Specialist

The professional will ensure efficiency, security and innovation in information and systems management at Wittur Brazil. He/She will be part of the Controlling team and will work in Londrina - PR.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute installation, configuration and maintenance of company equipment (laptops, desktops, workstations); phones and smartphones (Android and iOS based); factory floor devices (label printers, barcode readers); printers in general and meeting room equipment.
• Offer first level of infrastructure support: Active Directory, Office 365 and Network
• Be the bridge between the Corporate IT (Italy) and the site in Brazil, representing the area.
• Manage local IT projects
• Assess the infrastructure regularly to ensure the continuity of meeting the necessary demands.
• Monitor and guarantee the execution of IT operations at the plant.
• Develop new strategies and procedures to increase efficiency, improve workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
• Protect customer data from external infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
• Manage and supervise departmental quotas related to IT equipment and accessories, as well as suppliers and contracts.
• Offer suggestions for possible improvements and changes within the IT department.

Required qualifications:

• Degree in IT Areas
• Experience with: 1) 1st level support for infrastructure, processes and applications (PCs, Telephony, Printing Equipment, Office 365, Networking); 2) User management with Active Directory; 3) VSHERE, VEEAM and Windows Server; 4) Server Management
• Intermediate knowledge in networks
• Basic knowledge of telephony
• Intermediate Office Suite
• Advanced English
• Live in Londrina or be available to work in the city
