Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ads Specialist with a strong background in DM Ads. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of crafting and executing successful ad campaigns that drive results while also being an excellent communicator who's able to explain our clients the campaign goals and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage DM ad campaigns that align with our marketing objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign results and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Constant communication with our internal team and clients to make sure they understand how the campaigns are progressing and next steps.
  • Develop and execute awareness traffic campaigns on Instagram to drive follower growth for client pages.
  • Implement direct DM ads strategies to generate leads for service and coaching businesses.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and optimisation of campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives and preferences.
  • Set up and configure ad accounts for clients, ensuring proper tracking and optimisation settings.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve follower acquisition and lead generation performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Ads management with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in running Meta ads on Instagram, with a focus on follower acquisition and DM lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and DM ad strategies.
