Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer at Blipay. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with back-end and front-end development. You will be involved in programming and implementing efficient and scalable solutions. This role is primarily remote, but we would like to have in-person meetings in Campinas-SP, on a regular basis.

  • Work independently and proactively on challenging and innovative projects that align with the company's vision and goals
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other engineers, product managers, designers, and business partners to deliver the best possible outcomes
  • Research and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can improve our products and processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering culture and practices at Blipay

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
  • 5+ years experience in Back-End or Front-End Development
  • Proficiency in Programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
