Atividades & Responsabilidades
- Acompanhar e desenvolver estratégia de negociação com novos fornecedores de matérias-primas e renegociação dos acordos existentes;
- Participar ativamente no processo de S&OP para melhoria dos processos internos de logística de compras;
- Conduzir análises e triagens abrangentes de fornecedores e desenvolver estratégias para seu portfólio com os principais parceiros de negócios.
- Construir vantagens competitivas sustentáveis;
- Realizar reportes mensais para os Stakeholders;
- Estar em conformidade com o time de Finanças;
- Usar conhecimento profundo dos mercados globais e domésticos para desenvolver estratégias de compra e negociação para atingir preços, termos e outros critérios
- Negociar e implementar acordos e contratos comerciais;
- Criar e manter modelos de preços para os principais materiais;
- Atualizar o histórico mensal de preços de matérias-primas, previsões e destaques;
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com fornecedores para garantir fontes confiáveis e de alta qualidade de fornecimento e informações de mercado;
- Ser responsável por gerenciar, treinar e preparar os demais Compradores locais e auxiliá-los nas grandes negociações;
- Manter-se atualizado sobre a legislação relativa às atividades desenvolvidas pela indústria, bem como observar as mudanças ocorridas para sugerir melhorias;
- Verificar a qualidade e adequação do fabricante do produto a ser adquirido;
- Monitorar mercado internacional através de ferramentas como ICIS e IHS;
- Certificar aplicação de procedimentos OEA para compras internacionais e mercado interno;
Requisitos
- Graduação completa em Engenharia Química, Administração de Empresas, Economia ou áreas afins;
- Experiência mínima 7 anos em Compras ou áreas semelhantes;
- Inglês fluente;
- Forte gerenciamento de pessoas, processos e projetos;
- Conhecimento financeiro.
