As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency specialist you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services activities for internal customers.

As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency specialist, you will also be responsible for:

- Field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.
- Interfacing with internal customer Service Delivery Coordinators/Managers on issues escalation.
- Developing long range forecast for personal and training needs.
- Leading and overseeing the scheduling and planning in agreement with the operation.
- Conducting regular career development discussions with employees to identify goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Serving as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance on career paths and assisting in navigating career progression opportunities within the organization

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma.
- Demonstrate solid experience in Drilling Services
- Demonstrate solid experience in the field with DD/LWD activities.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives.
- Have experience in a planning, scheduling, or related role - is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Be able to communicate in English and Portuguese.
- Spanish knowledge will be a plus
