**FP&A Specialist em São Paulo/SP**:
**What the position is about**:
Join our team as an FP&A Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role as the primary business partner for our Marketing and Sales teams. Your focus will be on supporting them in budget planning and controlling, handling product licenses costs, maintaining sales price and standard cost structure in SAP, providing accurate financial analysis, and being responsible for cash flow related to prepaid expenses.

**What we look for in you**:

- Prior experience in FP&A.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with collaborators of varying seniority levels.
- Dynamic and adaptable individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Business and Financial Competence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Finance or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English, as it is the company's official language for training, reporting, and daily discussions.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
- Experience with SAP/SAP Analysis for Office is a plus

You day to day:

- Act as a strategic business partner for Marketing and Sales teams, assisting in budget planning and controlling, including discounts, allowances, and marketing programs.
- Handle product licenses costs payments and amortization efficiently.
- Maintain sales price and standard cost structure in SAP, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Provide timely and insightful financial analysis, including Actual vs Plan, Plan vs Plan, and ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Conduct planning and analysis of free cash flow related to prepaid expenses.
- Lead month-end closing activities in collaboration with M&S, Accounting, and Global Business Service teams.
- Review and propose enhancements to daily processes and routines to drive efficiency.
