You will execute transportation operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will be responsible for activities such as transport planning (load planning, route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, and third-party performance management.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Lead transportation related operational activities such as transport planning (load and route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims, freight billing and pay, pallet management, tender support, third-party performance management, etc.
- Monitor, verify, update, analyze and report on our company’s transportation KPIs and introduce corrective actions to continuously improve our transportation operations
- Coordinate logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure punctual, timely and in-full deliveries, in accordance to our standard operating procedures
- Participate and provide input into regular service provider performance reviews
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on shortages, delays, quality issues, and other losses while permanently analyzing the root causes of recurring problems
- Participate in project-related and ad hoc tasks in particular in connection with (CI) projects and tenders and capacity management

- Experience in transportation and/or logistics and/or supply chain continuous improvement functions
- Sound analytical and presentation skills to detail and substantiate process deviations and identified opportunities
- A high degree of conceptual thinking to grasp the larger logistics picture and find solutions out of the box
- Being able to communicate effectively and considerately toward internal and external customers and suppliers
- Comprehensive understanding of business principles in combination with a high degree of initiative
- Knowledge of third-party logistics or logistics service provider operations
- Understanding of the cost and loss drivers connected to transportation and logistics processes

**Responsabilidades**
- Liderar atividades operacionais relacionadas ao transporte, como planejamento de transporte (planejamento de carga e rota) através de sistemas (ERP e TMS), acompanhamento de entregas e transferências entre unidades MDLZ;
- Monitorar, verificar, atualizar, analisar e relatar os KPIs de transporte de nossa empresa e introduzir ações corretivas para melhorar continuamente nossas operações de transporte;
- Padronizar fluxos e processos de trabalho utilizando as ferramentas cabíveis;
- Comunicar-se com as stakeholders sobre escassez, atrasos, problemas de qualidade e outras perdas enquanto analisa permanentemente as causas principais dos problemas recorrentes;
- Liderar projetos e inciativas de melhoria contínua, especialmente em relação a otimização do transporte por uma perspectiva de nível de serviço e custos;
- Acelerar a transformação digital e tecnológica da área de transporte conectando-se com times locais e regionais de suporte;

**Requisitos**
- Experiência em transporte e/ou funções de melhoria contínua da cadeia de suprimentos.
- Experiência com sistemas de gestão de transportes TMS, em especial o **OTM (Oracle Transportation Management);**
- Experiência com roteirização de entregas e montagem de cargas.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas e de apresentação para detalhar e comprovar desvios de processos e oportunidades identificadas;
- Alto grau de pensamento conceitual para entender o cenário logístico mais amplo e encontrar soluções prontas para uso;
- Ser capaz de se comunicar de maneira eficaz e considerável com clientes e fornecedores internos e externos;
- Conhecimento de operações de logística de terceiros ou de prestadores de serviços de logística ;
- Compreensão dos fatores de custo e perda relacionados aos processos de transporte e logística;
- Modelagem de processos (BPM);
- Experiência em gestão de projetos;
- Experiência com ferramentas de análise WCM/Sistemas Integrados (RCA, VSM, Makigami, etc.)
- Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP- Modulo WM);
- Nível avançado Excel e Power BI para construção de Dashboards e melhorias baseadas em dados
- Inglês fluente para reunião com time Global
- Espanhol avançado/intermediário desejável
