We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Analyst to join our team. As a Training Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and control the quality area training.
**In this role, you will also be responsible for**:
- Conduct training programs to integrate new employees
- Conduct training needs assessment processesSend training in procedures and work instructions at each review;
- Direct and monitor the submission of effectiveness and reaction assessments as defined by the HSE and Quality Management System
- Develop, monitor and evaluate the results of training programs through indicators
- Store, organize and ensure the delivery of evidence of training carried out
- Respond to ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, CONAMA and DZ, PEOTER, API Q1 and other internal audits
- Prepare and direct skills checks to the manager
- Send alerts with HSE training according to the defined frequency;
- Export and prepare training monitoring reports
- Update the Competency and HSE Matrices according to information from the Manager/HR (Admission, dismissal, change of function, hiring of third parties, contracting of services)
- Prepare the Training Schedule and execute it together with the managers and area policies, assisting in scheduling, calling and controlling them

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Qualifications bachelor’s degree in administration; Human Resources or Bachelor of Law
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information requirements must meet to be able to attend certification audits.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerBI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and propose solutions for improvement.
